Condosky Realty is an independent real-estate brokerage that has been in the real-estate business for over 15 years, and have for the most part specialized in buying and selling condos in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). They have built lasting relationships with some of Canada’s most prolific developers. Working almost exclusively in the condo market for the past 15 years, they know it inside and out.
Problem: They wanted a mobile friendly website that was user friendly and offered a search engine with a multi-step registration process for current and upcoming listings.
Solution: We designed and developed a custom and mobile friendly website for CondoSky providing them with a robust search engine. We also gave the website an online registration form making it easy to connect with future clients.
Result: They were ecstatic to see how well this project turned out. Not only did they receive new clients due to the user-friendly website but they also received great feedback from the easy-to-use search engine. This allowed customers to do research on their own before contacting the company saving time and money on both ends.
