Pool Inspection Service

Whether you are buying a home with a pool or simply want an impartial review of your current pool, our pool inspections provide homeowners, buyers, and real estate agents with a clear picture of what condition the swimming pool.  This includes a report for items in need of repair and the presence of any safety issues. We also provide references to quality professionals who can help turn your pool into a fun and safe place for you and your family to enjoy.

Our swimming pool inspections provide you with a clear picture of the present condition of your pool.  This includes recommended repairs and presence of any safety issues. Your pool should be a fun and safe place for your family to enjoy.

PLEASE NOTE: Because this is a visual inspection, we cannot determine whether or not the pool/spa has any underground leaks. If underground leaks are a concern, we recommend having a leak detection company perform a pressure test.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Because we strive to be as objective as possible and avoid conflicts of interest, we do not perform any services/repairs on the pools we inspect. However, in lieu of repairs, we do provide referrals to quality professionals/contractors in the appropriate trades

If you are looking to purchase a new home with a pool, we would recommend having your pool professional inspected. Having a pool inspection done will inform you if the pool is functioning correctly or if there are certain problems or issues that need to be addressed, some of which can involve costly repairs.

We are proud to have attained the designation of AQUATIC RECREATION INDUSTRY SPECIALIST under the PHTCC Industry Certification Program.
