Syncoria took a deep look into CellnTell’s business processes to identify bottlenecks in operations, key control points, and positives behind their recent success. We configured and customized Odoo in a way that gave them high throughput combined with complete visibility and control. But, most importantly the nuances that define the business were kept intact in the way the new system operated. The resulting software was able to lookup serials in real time, process large batches of product quickly through barcode Scanning without losing information. This allowed users to replicate a retail-like experience for their wholesale B2B customers. The Inventory seamlessly connected to the website, online marketplaces, and all retail outlets.

Within the first six months following their Odoo Enterprise implementation, the business recorded 24% growth in sales and ensured 98% inventory traceability. It replaced 4 different different software systems and brought the entire operation under one interface and one unified user experience saving time and money.
